Services we offer

As standard, if you buy or Lease Rent your equipment from us we will deliver direct to your ground floor location, providing good access is freely available. More difficult deliveries may incur additional charges to those stated, please make us aware of access restrictions when ordering.

If you would like any of the services listed below they are optional and available upon request.

Installation and Maintenance: The MFD products offered on our website require specialist knowledge to install and maintain which can not be carried out on a DIY basis. These products are offered with optional installation, service and maintenance packages at the time or purchase or as required and we strongly recommend you take advantage of these offerings. If you decide not to take advantage of these services we will conclude that you intend to make your own arrangements for the installation and ongoing servicing via an authorised service agent.

Training services: If you believe that you require training on any of the products and/or help understanding related drivers and software.

Network connection: We will connect product to your network, server or desktop.

Connection protection: We can provide remote support via the internet to speedily assist with product connection issues.

Cost per page maintenance: We can provide various comprehensive service packages to ensure the continual smooth running of your equipment, and tailor the response times to your needs.

Time and materials maintenance: For if you only require ‘as and when’ service or just consumable supplies.

I.T. services: If you require any infrastructure, security, or document management assistance we can help. We will charge you on a hourly basis.

Enabling software: We can provide and install a number of integrated software packages and document management solutions for use with MFD's to further enhance the value of your purchase.

Onsite sales consultancy: This service is available upon request for an agreed fee.
