The intelligent iR3180Ci is a highly affordable black and white multifunctional device that also gives you the benefits of colour communication when it’s needed.
Add just a little colour in the right places and it goes a long way. The iR3180Ci lets you use colour intelligently - to highlight key facts in financial reports, or to create memorable handouts - maximising the effectiveness of your communications whilst minimising costs.
The iR3180Ci is set by default to print in black and white, but you can opt to utilise Canon"s Auto-Colour Sensing (ACS) technology for the ultimate in smart colour printing. ACS automatically detects whether a page, or pages within a document, contain colour, ensuring you only pay for colour when it"s used.
Create eye-catching saddle-stitched booklets and winning customer proposals in black and white with colour. And you can staple or hole punch them with a range of finishing facilities including the innovative, space-saving internal finishing device. Prints are delivered at a swift 31 pages per minute (ppm) and colour - when you need it - at a respectable 7 ppm, with industry-standard PS/PCL supported.
Open up a new world of communication possibilities with the iR3180Ci. Scan documents via the document feeder and instantly send then where they’re needed - network folders, email addresses and mailboxes.
You can control access to the device as well as specifying limits on usage using the Department ID mode, or add Canon’s uniFLOW Output Manager for a detailed insight into who is printing what, where and how much its costing you.
Compatible with Windows Vista and IPv6, the network ready iR3180Ci integrates quickly and seamlessly into your business environment and with Canon’s iW Management Console, a web based utility, it allows you to centrally manage your networked devices.
A vast range of security capabilities keeps your information safe including password and fingerprint access control, secure mailboxes, and data encryption procedures.
