StorageWorks 3U Rackmount Kit: Description
Available in SCSI and SAS interfaces. The 3U Rack-mount Kit holds up to two full-height internal tape drives, four half-height internal tape drives, or a combination of one full-height and two half-height tape drives. This enclosure supports a wide range of tape technologies, including DAT, DLT VS, SDLT, and Ultrium, with a maximum capacity of 6TB using two LTO-5 Ultrium 3280 or 12TB with four LTO-5 Ultrium 3000 SAS drives (assuming 2:1 data compression).

SAS versions of the 1U and 3U Rack-mount Kit allow customers to rack-mount SAS-based tape drives providing an alternative to internal models in racked environments
The 1U USB Rack-mount Kit is an industry first for enclosures; this solution will allow customers alternative methods to connecting HP USB tape drives to servers, in addition to internal and table top models
